FIBRINOLYTIC POTENTIAL INCREASING DURING ACTIVATION OF BLOOD COAGULATION IN THE COURSE OF PREGNANCY WITH PLACENTAL DYSFUNCTION

Aim. The study of molecular mechanisms hemostasis balance is one the most vivid tasks for clinical biochemistry. In present communication we aimed to underline constant connection between blood coagulation and fibrinolysis. Methods. Blood activation was estimated by soluble fibrin accumulation. For it determination used sandwich ELISA method. As catch-antibody fibrin-specific mAb FnI-3C. tag-antibody another (II-4d) that has an epitope in NH 2 -terminal fragment γ-chain D-region fibrin(ogen) molecule. rate fibrinolysis measuring Fibrinolytic Potential (FP). It measured turbidimetric method with recording scattering light a clot at 405 nm on microplate reader Multiscan (Finland). formed wells plasma activated APTT reagent presence or without t-PA. Results. SF found 12 pregnant women placenta dysfunction. Six studied patients had less than 4 µg/ml were assumed as control meanings.
